Tiffany Williamson is a Global Program Manager, therapist, maternal mental health advocate, and mother of four who understands firsthand what it means to balance high-pressure leadership environments alongside the realities of motherhood.
For years, Tiffany found herself navigating demanding corporate environments, leading global teams, managing tight timelines, showing up for everyone around her, and still trying to navigate pregnancy, postpartum, caregiving, emotional wellness, and the invisible mental load many women quietly carry every day.
Somewhere between leadership meetings, deadlines, school drop-offs, sleepless nights, and trying to hold everything together, she realized how many women were functioning in survival mode while still being expected to perform at a high level professionally and personally.
That realization changed everything.
It deepened the way she viewed leadership, support systems, emotional wellness, burnout, motherhood, and what women actually need in order to thrive.
Now, Tiffany uses both her professional expertise and lived experience to create conversations, spaces, and support where women feel seen, validated, understood, and supported — without feeling like they have to lose themselves in the process.
